All Campervan Village rental offices across Australia and New Zealand are:
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 4 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 12 pm
Sunday - CLOSED
Some locations allow after-hours pickup or dropoff, however, this must be arranged beforehand and may incur additional fees. If you require service outside regular hours, please contact us to confirm availability.
Yes! We do allow one-way hires between most Campervan Village locations. By getting a price online you'll be able to check if one-ways are offered with your desired pickup and dropoff locations along with any relocation fee. If you have any questions about one-way hires, please give our friendly travel team a call, or chat online.
Campervan Village offers damage cover to reduce your liability in the event of a single-vehicle rollover or multiple-vehicle incident. This will also cover front windscreen damage, tyre damage and small scratches and dents.
We also recommend that travelers purchase the most comprehensive Travel Insurance from their travel provider.

In Australia and New Zealand, we hire campervans to anyone over the age of 18. The minimum age for all AWD/4WD vehicles is 21.
Campervan Village does rent to holders of a provisional license (Green or Red P plates) but this may incur an additional fee.
For international visitors, an international license is not required to hire from the Campervan Village, however, if your license is not in english we recommend applying for one as authorities in some regions may request an international license.
Our daily rental rates are calculated using calendar days (e.g. picking up on Monday and returning on Tuesday will count as 2 days).
Yes! Campervan Village includes an Unlimited Kilometre allowance with all hires, however, minimum hire restrictions may apply in some locations.
All hires include access to a 24 hour helpline for assistance with a breakdown or any other issue related to your vehicle. Please review your booking documents for the appropriate roadside assistance number in your region of travel.
Please note that roadside call out fees may apply for any issue resulting from human error and non-mechanical breakdown, e.g., tyre changes, lost keys, flat battery, out of fuel
For your safety and the welfare of our vehicles, Campervan Village has strict Areas of Use that apply to all hirers. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Area of Use policies while planning your journey as penalties may apply for travelling in prohibited areas.
If renting a camper, please remember to bring towels, pillows, and linen as these are not supplied by Campervan Village. All drivers listed in your rental contract must also have supplied a copy of their drivers license and signed the rental agreement before you can take posession of the vehicle. We have an easy online pre-checkin system so you can get a lot of this out of the way before arriving.
The cost of renting a campervan can vary quite a lot by location and availability, however typically you can hire a campervan in Australia or New Zealand for about $50-$80 a day.

Driving on the beach is strictly prohibited in all Campervan Village vehicles.
